The Fourth Trimester Bundle includes the following services:

• During our initial consultation, we will get to know each other and review the services in detail

• Upon contract signing and payment, email/text/phone support.

• Q & A surrounding any after-birth concerns

• During the first week home three meals will be provided (parents will have a selection of delicious meals to choose from)

• One weekly daytime visit will happen for the first four weeks of the postpartum period 

• A visit every other week will occur for the remaining 8 weeks in the postpartum period (currently unable to provide evening or overnight visits)

• A variety of postpartum support along with coping mechanisms will be provided

​Please don’t allow cost to stop you from receiving the care you desire and deserve; if cost is a concern let’s chat to discuss your options. 

I am willing to provide a custom quote for my postpartum doula services that is affordable for you. I'll build a custom bundle around what will be best for you. Here is a list of postpartum doula services you can request: 

• Initial consultation to get to know each other and review the services in detail

• Nutritional home-cooked meals you will get to choose from 

• Bottle & breastfeeding support

• Daytime visits (in-person only)

• Newborn care support 

• A variety of postpartum emotional support along with coping mechanisms
